Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Sophie Allport purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete Your Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying the reason for return and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original box or a suitable alternative to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid or standard returns label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to a local post office or designated drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
